When clients book an appointment I ask for a 50% non-refundable fee to be paid within an hour of booking the appointment by bank transfer or cash. £30 is the minimum fee anything under £30 requires full payment which is non refundable. The payment details will be on the email confirmation, please check this. The booking fee will be taken off the treatment payment at the end. Without the booking fee being paid I cannot confirm your appointment. Any appointments outside normal working hours carry a premium.

I understand time to time things change and you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty appointment. To cancel appointments please give us 48-hour notice prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment.

If you do not show up at all, you are responsible for 100% of the amount of scheduled service no further bookings will be booked until this is paid.

This amount is payable immediately via cash, BACS. payment. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

This policy is also applicable to anything covid related. This is my job not just a hobby thank you for your understanding.

I ask clients to attend alone as my studio room is small. Please do not bring children, this is due to health & safety  and insurance purposes. I want to provide a relaxed environment for you during your ‘me time’ appointment.
